Discription: (hair style, eye color, tattoos, piercings, etc.)
Backround Story:
And your oc's regular name: (before they became your oc), and any family members names:

I have one rule. I might put other pastas in the book but your oc cannot date any of them. And remember I'm making a story based on your oc and with the info you give me, so no hate if it's bad! So, please enjoy.
