TOP SECRET FYEO GENERAL THOMAS WINCHESTER PROJECT #37: SAWBONES 12/11/15 As you know, General Winchester, the United States Military has developed a new disease known as "Sawbones" that is just as deadly as Ebola. It slowly burns your limbs off, and you look like a walking ember. We were going to unleash this plague on ISIS, however I believe it could be used without the cost of innocent lives. I have recently diagnosed seven street rat children from the ages of 11-16 with Sawbones. It was one month ago, and their skin is already cracking and is hot to the touch. All we have to do is send them to an ISIS camp, and they infect them. It won't be hard, all they have to do is breathe. These children could be our ticket to beating ISIS. All seems well, with the exception of the 14 year old daughter seeing what looks like boys with burning skin every once in a while, until the monster in the basement, "Dr. Sawbones" decides he wants to experiment once more.... this time, with a girl.
