"The biggest bonfire I ever saw was as large as A house, and the way it made my cheeks burn felt amazing. That bonfire was lit on the night I met you, and I loved the way you made my cheeks burn.
That bonfire was lit five years ago, and it's warm grasp still flushes my cheeks. That bonfire brought us together, and my love was the spark for this eternal flame." Sure, I, Kelly Schwartz, am a pyromaniac, but I have feelings too. While they may be present when I win a costume contest or when I burn something into a crisp, the feeling I get while around you is some mix of fear, appreciation, and happiness. The fear of being rejected, the appreciation I get when I'm near you, and the happiness of knowing you're my best, most reliable, all weather friend.
And for that, I will be forever grateful to whoever sent me the smaller form of you.
