Abidah Kresant is a fayer, a fire elemental. She is a fiery red head and has the temper of a bull. When tragedy strikes and her guardians are killed she and her younger sister find themselves on the run from the people of their village and the prince of the Land of Kale.

Adamanteus Corvus is a vaser, a water elemental. He is the soon to be king of the land of Kale, but in order for him to become king, he needs to find a suitable bride of royal blood. When his 21st birthday draws near and he's being forced to choose a bride, he goes on a quest to find a criminal just to delay his inevitable fate.

What will happen when these two beings from two opposite worlds meet.

Remember, fate is already preordained.
