Once every year, 10 teens are picked by the HTDRL (Helping Teens Discover Real Life) to go and live by themselves in a mansion for a month. The company does this to help them discover what it's like to live on their own.

The catch is that the mansion is out in the rural country side and the closest neighbor is a creepy old hag a 5 hour drive away. Unable to contact their families, they realize real life is harder than it seems. 

As they make friends with one another, they also learn the secrets the house holds. They also learn that some kids never returned from the program. After finding the diary of one of the people who went before them, the realize the chilling truth that they have a chance of not coming out alive.All Rights Reserved
