In Midtown Manhattan, there lived a girl name Kayleigh West. Kayleigh is a beautiful, intelligent girl, but she doesn't believe it. Everyone around her gets captured in her beauty but her. She hates when someone tells her she is beautiful. The last person to ever tell her she was beautiful died 10 hours later. Kayleigh's mother, Mashonda West, was her best friend. Her mother died of cancer when Kayleigh was only 12 years old leaving her with her father who later remarried. Her stepmother tries hard to have a mother-daughter relationship with Kayleigh, but Kayleigh isn't for that. Her step mother even bought her tickets to the number one British boy band in the world, One Direction. The day she purchased those tickets always was the day that Kayleigh life would change forever.
