Suicidal without a mate

A sad story about a wearwolf girl whose mate left her. Her heart breaks and she never leaves the house. She self harms and the night she attempts suicide he finds her at the cliff he goes to every night and sees the state she is in and feels realy bad and stops her from jumping. She runs home and when she thinks hese gone she goes back to the cliff and listens to broken home by 5sos and he hides behind a tree watching her cry and sing to the song. He comes out and says sorry breaking down crying. She goes home and he visits her the next day at her house and she forgives him ant they have two beautiful children in the end.
