When Kelsey’s mom dies from cancer, Kelsey, an only child with no living relatives, other than some second cousins who live in Germany, is forced to move from her small town in Tennessee to San Francisco, California to live with her godparents. They have five kids, a flat screen tv in each of the 20 rooms of their mansion, and a butler at their service 24/7. Seems like a sweet life, right? Wrong. Compared to her old life where everything was peaceful and Kelsey could do as she pleased, this new life, dealing with a bratty 5-year-old, an insane 10-year-old, a hormonal teenager, and two eighteen-year-old twins who want nothing to do with Kelsey, is a little complicated. What’s worse is she finds herself falling for her godsister’s boyfriend, which only adds to the tension between Kelsey and the Tanners. Can Kelsey survive this family? Or will she be forced to live with her second cousins in Germany?
