Scarlett Dior is a free-spirited 16 year old girl who lives in the small town of Greenesville, Tennessee. She dreams about traveling the world, but more importantly, finding love outside of the arrogant boys of her hometown. Finally, for her 17th birthday, Scarlett's parents surprise her with 2 plane tickets to go to San New York City, along with money to pay for a hotel. However, the name on the other ticket stirs up bitter feelings about the past. Even though Scarlett pleads with her parents to buy new tickets, she is told she can either go with this person or not go at all.
