Ava Sabella Brooklyn is a tennis player. She is in the national team, so count her as famous. Ava has a dark past that caused her to build up walls, walls so strong not a single boy has been able to break down. Oh. She hates boys with a burning passion. Typical? Not really.

Austin Evans James is another tennis player that meets Ava on a tennis trip. He has a past he's not too proud of either. Beneath the hard exterior of Austin lies a soft-hearted guy, vulnerable to heartbreak like any other person.

When the two are put together, they find out there is no escape, but one. Get to know one another. Can they fight past one another's inner demons and embrace what fate has brought? A broken girl and a not so perfect boy. Add heartbreak, tennis and hurt and you have a recipe for disaster. However, maybe, just maybe, Austin can convince Ava that love does afterall mean something.
