A gangster girl (Stacy) and a beautiful girl Kat are in love but Stacy's previous gang problems are getting in the way of their relationship and the problems are getting worse.  Stacy gets numerous death threats from different people and one day she is found dead in an alley.  But Kat is the only one that is remembering Stacy's existents.  Kat is who is keeping Stacy's spirit still living because their love is so strong.
