But this story isn't about her. Sure she plays an important role in it, being the bestfriend. 

This story is about me. I am the Luna's bestfriend. I was with her when no one was. I knew her before she took up the role of leadership. I was there when she mourned over the deaths. 

I am Alvina Peter Summers. The beta mate and this is my story.

"And you are?" I mocked him. 
"I am your mate." He stated, holding my gaze.

"Let's change that now, shall we?" My voice uninterested and calm quite unlike my wolf who wanted nothing to do with rejecting this jerk face infront of us. 

"Alvina-" his voice sounded broken but threatening, "don't." Honey, should've thought of that before.

"Too late. I, Alvina Peter Summers, reject you, Beta Clayton Kyle Clifford, as my mate and my post as the beta female."
