First, let's get one thing straight. Blair and Ashton are /not\ friends.

Ashton is a childish, fun-loving, carefree eighteen-year-old guy. Blair is twenty-one, mildly sleep-deprived and hard working. Did I mention her blue hair?
These two university students have a weird relationship. There's a bit of kissing and touching, and Blair seems to shout at Ash a lot. Although whatever they do, they will never ever be friends. Why? Blair said so.
Ashton's distractions are messing up Blair's work and studying. He's not doing it on purpose, he has no idea. Blair can't kick him out, they live together. And she kinda-maybe-not-really-but-really-has-to protect him because - according to her - he's fragile and wouldn't survive without her.
