Once upon a time, the first child of the King and Queen of Elvenia was born. The boy was predicted to be charming, well mannered and intellectual, well at least that's what they had hoped. They instead had the boy they never wanted, one that despised being in royalty. The only hope for the King and Queen was that he married a young girl who would change his opinion on the lifestyle that he was bound to live.

And not until at exactly 8:40 pm, whist saving a damsel in destress from her burning building did he actually believe it was ever going to happen. A girl who's particular way of thinking changes the princes view on everything all together. Welcome to my adventure into writing a short story for the Dragon Princess theme set by @_Once_Upon.
