Eighteen year's old, with a loving mother that you just know you can't hate even if you want to. A drifter by choices that you could never really understand, "Oh and an arranged marriage". I muttered to myself. Yeah note the sarcasm laced in my voice, 'this should be a fun adventure.' Meet June, she doesn't get along with her mother they are on the run. She don't stand out in a crowd but yet she does. Light brown hair with black streaks, that reaches the middle of her back. Her eyes as green as an emerald that draws you in after one look, so what's her story? Simple lies betrayal; pain, and hidden agenda's. This is a mature story be advised ahead of time! You have been warned. Going further, I have worked out a few kinks I hope. I know that doesn't sound to promising all I'm asking is give it a chance. If you enjoy it that's awesome. If you can't seem to get interested in reading it. I understand, maybe there's a way to make it more enjoyable to read. No I'm not trying to change a lot of things. I did have it on my other account, I'm going to be deleting it soon. I hope you enjoy what I have so far. Have a wonderful day thank you all for sticking the wait out. It truly mean's a lot.

ARRANGED MARRIAGE "I will not marry anyone. I don't care if it's for alliance, because we both know we don't need it!" I hissed back. Our mafia was one of the most feared, if not the most. No one dared touch us, so why marry a man who cannot give us anything. Before I got to speak up again my father slapped me right across the face. I gasped and put a hand to my cheek. My mouth stayed shut and I sat down in silence. Neither my mother or my brother did or said anything. I wouldn't except them to, since they never did. "I am your father and you will show me respect!" He demanded and sat back down. My cheek ached and I knew it would leave a mark. One I would have to cover up later. "But father, if you just tell me why," I tried and he cut me off again by picking up a fork and throwing it in my direction. He missed by a few inches only. My mother stared blankly down at her plate, not wanting to show my father a reaction. "Do not question me Katherine. You're leaving tomorrow" He said at last. ----------- What happens when the stubborn and independent Katherine Lopez is forced into marriage? Was it all for alliance between two mafias like her father said? And how far will she go to break the arrangement before the wedding date? Will she kill to get what she wants? Read the story to find out;)
