She hates everything about her new home; the complexities of the language, the smell of some cultural delicacies, and even the annoyingly kind boy Yusuke at the university nearby, who shows some interest in her. What she really longs for is to be in her old Indiana home, snug in her warm bed. But, as fate has it, she'll be making a drastic change soon...
Gwen uncovers a research project of Dr. Akiba, a famed Physicist, that grants the ability to discover new worlds through memories. Secretly in hiding, the doctor trusts Gwen with the project while stating she must keep never travel through her own memories. Gwen keeps the promise after realising the true potential of the projects abilities.
