HYDE, otherwise known as Hideto Takarai, the talented singer of Japanese rock bands VAMPS and L'arc~en~Ciel, is quite the mysterious man. I, however, have thought long and hard about the kind of person he really is based on what I know to be true about him and how he has lived his life thus far. This story will contain my deepest, most sincere ideas on why he is the way that he is, and exactly what made him this way. There will be some facts incorporated into this piece, but also a lot of personal thoughts and opinions. Please enjoy, and keep in mind that much about HYDE's life remains unknown to the public and his fans, and that has always been how he prefers it to be. One can never venture too far with their imagination, though :)
