When Dara left without notice, not leaving a single trace, he felt like he lost a part of him. it was his own decision but there wasn't a day when he regretted it with his life. He has to get her back, no matter how far he has to go. And when he was out of town to handle a business, he never in his life thought he would meet her there; at a club, out of all the places. Kwon Jiyong or GD is her best friend and flatmate for more than a decade. He's your stereotypical ladies man. He's not too tall but his lean, athletic body makes him seem taller than he is. He's smart, dresses fashionably and oozes charisma. He excels in seduction but sucks superlatively at relationships. Girls go in and out of his life in rapid succession. He still says he believes in love. He swears that once he finds love he won't waste any time and will marry the woman if she'll have him. There was a time when Dara fancied herself in love with GD but seeing his track record she'd rather keep her heart safe. So she made a promise to herself she won't ever fall in love with GD again. There was a time when GD fancied himself in love with Dara but seeing her scoff at real life romance all the time he'd rather keep the friendship than gamble with love. So he made a promise to himself he won't ever fall in love with Dara again.
