Lucilla Caldwell is a corrupt princess ruling a corrupt Kingdom. She just doesn't know it yet...

Ordering executions, deaths and rebel hideout raids are just ordinary royal duties to princess Lucilla. She doesn't particularly like deciding people's death dates or slaughtering dozens of rebels daily, but what other choice does she have? She has to rid her Kingdom of all criminals. They will be the demise of the city she holds so dear.

As her Kingdom grows poorer and her uncle feeds her more lies, her hatred for the 'revolutionary army' grows and she orders more raids and more executions.

Join princess Lucilla as she uncovers the truth behind her uncles lies and the rebels labeled the 'revolutionary army.'
Will she continue on her path of meaningless death and destruction or will she join the revolutionary army and redeem herself, becoming the ruler her people truly deserve?

"Power doesn't corrupt people, people corrupt power."

The Rugged Edge

54 parts Complete

Princess Eloise grew up in a poor, spiritless kingdom under the reign of her step father. She knows that once, Rokenmeine was a beautiful place: abundant, rich, and always full of music. She wants to become queen so that she can restore it to what it once was, but there are deeper things than poverty tearing at the kingdom. She wonders if her mother, who is said to have died in her sleep, was actually murdered. Despair is rooted in the land; a rebellion is taking seed deep in the forest. And perhaps most pressing of all, the copy of the law that dictates when Eloise can inherit the throne is missing, shamelessly torn out of the record book. This is a story about uprising and despair, and about mystery slinking through broken people's lives... but it's also simply the journey of a lonely girl searching for a family. Thanks to my friend Barbara for making the cover for me! (I am republishing this story - it used to be on my old account. The 2 parts of the main story are now COMPLETE, and the SEQUEL of extra content is still being updated. Updates will be every Wednesday!)
