The first time it happened, it hurt like hell. All of the stretching and pain, I honestly did not know how I was going to get through the night. I can still remember Thomas's face. He was just as scared as I was; probably even more than I was. I was at least warned; I was told that this would happen, I just did not expect it so soon. I can remember the disgust that showed on his face after he figured out what I was. I still hear the last words he had said before I blacked out and he left me.

My breath hitched when he leaned down to whisper in my ear, "your eyes are beautiful." I couldn't understand what I was feeling, like butterflies in my stomach. I felt all happy and giggly inside, it was scaring me. I wasn't suppose to feel this way, I wasn't suppose to feel anything at all. "You look adorable when you blush," he whispered huskily, causing a shiver to run down my spine. He had such a strong effect on me and I didn't like it one bit. He smelled good though, like cinnamon and forest. His nose brushed against my cheek sending shocks. I pushed him away, and suddenly felt cold.
