"Primrose Everdeen!" Effie called out, her bubbly voice bouncing off of the plain, grey town walls. 
Katniss Everdeen had no time to react, she was too stunned to do anything, and by the time the idea of volunteering even crossed her mind, it was too late to save her sister from the fate of entering the hunger games. When Prim was killed by Cato in the 74th annual hunger games, Katniss died inside. She was left in a cruel reality where the only person she had ever truly loved and cared for was gone. 
Because of this, there was no uprising, no war, and no mockingjay. The people of Panem were forced to continue the sick ritual of sending their kids to their gruesome deaths, annually.
Now its time for the fourth quarter quell to take place, and the twist for this anniversary is especially gruesome. With five games and ninety-seven new tributes, this year's games are sure to be hugely entertaining to the twisted minds of the Capitol citizens.

Peeta watches helplessly as his lover volunteers to take her place in the Games. Soon after, Peeta is reaped himself. He knows that only one will come out alive: someone smart, determined, and strong enough. And it would be his love. It had to be. What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...
