A mistaken identity was all it took for a tiny little kiss. A moment blown all out of proportion for the Christian-bred Miss Thompson and her life turns more miserable than she anticipated for every time she turned around...Mitch was there behind her. Something about Mitch was new and fresh and her soul was just what Alex needed (little did she know). Secrets from the past are brought to the surface. A sad ending to a young lady's life. A realisation that family isn't always blood related. Alcohol isn't a medicine. Violence isn't a key. Hearts were never meant to be broken. Two things to take away: you never know what is going on in someone's head and the most important thing...you never know what happens behind closed doors. A/N just a random story about two people who meet accidentally. Plays with gender norms and very inclusive of LGBTQ (being a member myself). Could be triggering I'm not sure as some identity questions are thrown around. It does include smoking, drinking, some homophobia, profanities, violence and smut.
