Wet foot dry foot

Every Cuban hard worker tries to leave Cuba. Why? This is because our president Fidel Castro only works to get money for himself, he doesn't help the community neither the people that's why every Cuban try to escape by land or by water and that's why the law in the United states is created, called "Wet foot Dry foot" this a simple phrase meaning that if you touch land and they don't catch you , you stay in the Untied states, now if you're close but they catch you in water then they deport you back to Cuba.
