Only rumors about a notebook that fell from the skies, only rumors about a human who picked it up and had an only purpose: Write the name of whoever opposed his reign, and whoever made the Earth rotten.

Now ten years have passed through the infamous Kira case, it became a urban legend between those who still shivered upon hearing his name.

And now, another notebook had contact with the human world, the last Shinigami who owned it flew to our land, therefore the last notebook. A boy picked it up with the same purpose Kira had ten years ago, but he was not going to fail, because he had a girl by his side... Yet, not knowing whose roots she was bond to.
