Russia is the assistant and son of the well known detective, USSR. He lives in a world full of abilities and powers, his own ability allows him to create animals made of ice. However, when his father is assigned to a case with a criminal that has drove various detectives and officers mad trying to catch him, USSR can not simply decline. This famous criminal is known by the name of USA, a man well known for killing serial killers and working in the black market. He is a feared figure across the whole world. But how has this man managed to avoid capture and escape it every time? Well, it has to do entirely with his own ability. USA possesses the ability to shapeshift into different forms, each with their own little perks and advantages. There is literally a filing cabinet full of as much information as possibly gathered on each of his forms, nicknamed "State forms" as USA himself calls them. Though, after meeting Russia, USA takes an interest and starts telling more information than usual to Russia, stringing him along for his own amusement. But even with all this information, will America ever truly be caught and locked up for good? In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants. What will happen to Emathron and the odd group of officers? Every country in GlobalCity has powers, and the most interesting about it is how will you know who your future lover is. Well, a country has a mark either on the cheeks, hands, neck, or somewhere in the shoulder area. And when you meet your lover, both country's powers will create harmony and the marks will change color into their lover's flag. Now this is the story of America and Russia. America struggles his life with a strict and homophobic father (which is UK), while Russia suffers depression. Until one day, something happened which changed their lives. it practically happened overnight, one night I'm in my bed when I wake up my eyes are covered in an unusual mass and I heard unusual voices. suddenly I felt something pick me up and say: "calm down, for us you're in a high honer position." Humanity's way of life has somehow changed overnight. What was once 7.5 billion people on earth with just 6 off of the surface of the Earth is now practically all on ships orbiting the Earth. Brought there by an unusual race with seemingly good intentions. As for Nathan, like many children of his metal status and age from the looks of things; ends up placed in the care of someone on the ship and, what would be lucky for their kind, in the care of the commander of the ship he's on. But he's willing to trust something that knows his every like and dislike despite his kind nature.
