After world war lll the earth is in shambles and mankind is in a struggle to survive. North America has retreated to shelter under ground, a bomb shelter called Nova. To repopulate they started the passion act. 16 year old Blight is a rebel living in Nova, doing everything she can to cause an upset for her family, dreaming of the world above.
