Afterall, has his shadow been moving on its own? Or is it just his imagination. Follow the story of 14-year-old Daniel as he learns how to get through life. How to grow up. And how to love in multiple ways. Opening his heart and mind to the world and people around him. Rated mature for: Swearing Mature concepts Violence This book is dedicated to everyone who inspired me, encouraged me and stuck by me while I debated giving up on the concept for this book altogether. You all know who you are... I wanted to tell a story that breaks the norm to some aspect. Where the main character is a boy, not a girl. Where he is not perfect. And where he is even a - not bad - but does bad things sometimes. It's a story of coming into yourself and forging your own path. Despite how hard that path can be to walk. Choices you face, how you'll react to them. What to do when you've done something bad and how you can fix it. If you should fix it. Each choice you make - weather you realize it or not - forges the person you are. For every door you close another one is waiting to be opened. This is not a perfect story, but it's one I want to tell. One that comes from a personal place in my heart and one that is born in reality and bathed in fantasy. This story will deal with aspects of both worlds. And sometimes touch on heavier topics. Be prepared, to read about a character who is the farthest thing from perfect. But he doesn't need to be. He just needs to be himself. Oh, how hard that truly is.

[COMPLETED] Sterling is a photographer for a venue when she gets a chance of a life time to go on tour with a well known boy band-Impulse. Nate is your typical rockstar, rumored to be extremely rude to people who are below him. When he met Sterling there was an instant easygoing flowing conversation. Celebrity and normal girl dating is just asking for bad press...right? Here's a snippet because i suck at descriptions. I put a lot into this book so i really hope it's received well! "I am really sorry if i knew they were there i wouldn't have done that i wasn't" i started to explain again, same explanation from last night but she interrupted me. "The reviews are good" she spoke almost sounded shocked herself. "What?" i asked snapping my head up to look at her. "The fans, press, and media all love you with this mystery woman. They're saying she's just your type and you guys were made for each other and they still don't know who she is, but the songs are going up in the charts with them trying to figure out which love songs are about her." "What?" i said again because i didn't know what to say. I was in complete shock as i'm sure she was. "You're going to work on a new love song and perform it when it's done on tour. Unreleased then we will release it as a single a week later. You and Sterling are going to fake date, do not allow yourself or her to get attached. We're going to PR stunt this and then once tour is over we're going to have the next album as a break up one. That's how you fix this" she stated.

17-almost-18-year-old Ezra Thompson is tired of two things. First, is constant chatter about Dilemma, an all-boy rock band, led by the supposedly-dreamy frontman Andre Robinson that somehow has a universal grip on every teenager in the world. Personally, Ezra doesn't see the appeal. Second, being in the shadow of her more smart, successful, and popular twin brother Emmet. Ezra couldn't ask for a better life. The thing is, Ezra, can sing. Like really sing. Only her parents who are occasionally proud of her, treat it as a juvenile hobby and she could never sing in front of people. So for now, her shampoo bottles get front-row access to her once-a-night concert in the shower. But when Ezra's younger sister, Maria, signs her up for a singing reality show called Finding Solstice, she is both angry and grateful. To her surprise, she passes the audition and is invited to Los Angeles for the show. Suddenly immersed in the cutthroat music industry, Ezra faces a whirlwind competition against fame-hungry singers, all fighting tooth and nail for the same prize. Amidst the manufactured forces of the industry, she must stand her ground and protect her passion for music. As if that wasn't enough, Ezra finds herself suddenly encountering a pretentious rockstar and is unexpectedly drawn to him. As the competition heats up, Ezra finds herself at the center of a brewing scandal that could end her career before it even starts. The pressure is on, and Ezra is torn between her passion for music and the fear of being dragged down. The stakes are high, and people are unforgiving, but Ezra knows that her music is worth fighting for. With her future on the line, she must navigate the twists and turns of the music industry and stay focused on what really matters: her music and her dreams.
