18 year old, Alyssa Jones, from Flordia moves down to a small city in Canada called Stratford. Alyssa lives in a small home in the middle of town with her abusive father and older bitchy sister, Olivia. Alyssa has problems that she faces such as bullying online, stress with school, addiction to smoking and self-harming. As she continues to discover and learn more about Stratford, she chooses to take a tour with a boy she meets at her school name Becket. She continues to gain emotions and feelings towards this boy, and the feelings break her when girls from her school begin to put her down. Alyssa continues to hurt herself and soon to be hurting not only her, but also Becket and her family. Will Alyssa overcome her insecurities that caused her to build walls up between her and her loved ones? Will Alyssa get through this? Will Becket stick around with her and help cover the scars and rebuild her confidence?

There's nothing more challenging than a teenager trying to meet up with school,friends,love,parent,sibling and church.
