The Barden Bellas are back! Along with their high school kids! After Worlds, they all went their separate ways, mostly as planned. Now they've reunited and are sending their kids to the local high school, where all 9 kids meet and hit it off, and start their own A Cappella club. As they sing and grow closer, several problems arise and its up to the group's harmony to get them back on track.

Well... common knowledge to everyone but Beca, it seems. 6 months since the Barden Bellas sang their final song, Chloe has been too nervous to get back in touch with Beca - Beca's got a whole new life as a signed artist, she probably doesn't need any of the Bellas anymore, let alone Chloe specifically. But Chloe misses her and with vet school not exactly going as well as planned, she really needs someone to talk to. And who better would it be to talk to than the one girl Chloe would do anything to spend the rest of her life with? Maybe it's impossible for things to go right when feelings aren't reciprocated. Maybe Chloe won't ever find another place where she belongs like she did in the Bellas. She just knows there's nothing more she wants in the world than to be Beca's girl. Okay, this takes place at the begging of the school year after the Bella's win the ICCA's. New girl Alyssa Ryley is a freahman at Braden university. She wants to become a writer but her parents beg her to be a singer and she is forced to try out for the Bella's. Seeing the tall dark skinned boy with the cute glasses, she finds herself confused. Just to point this out Aubrey graduated the year they won the ICCA's. I would like to point out that in writing this because apparently nobody knows how to write a story where girls run and cry about everything. Or it's about a British girl.
