Daryl Dixon, red neck trash who follows his older brother, Merle, everywhere he goes. Well, Daryl also has a kid. A little girl named Kathryn Ann Dixon. She goes by the nickname, Kata, a name her mother gave her. When she was two, her mother disappeared. Merle was in jail for two years and by the time Merle got out, Kata was four and they left their grandfather's place after Daryl learned the dark secret that hurt his daughter. When Kata's grandfather died, her family got the trailer and even though it was hard for her family, they made it work. Kata was taught how to hunt, shoot a gun, and grossly, how to gut certain animals. One night, the world died. Everything. The dead started coming back to life, killing the living. Her family ran into a man and woman on the highway, combing with other people, making a larger group. Everything started really change when a man named Rick Grimes came to the group.

Alex wasn't expecting to see anyone out in the woods while looking for her next shelter. The two men seemed like obnoxious, loudmouth rednecks. The ones she had to deal with before shit hit the fan. But now, she rarely saw and dealt with people. She preferred it that way, getting close with people is too risky and will end with someone getting hurt. And going against her better judgment, she becomes close with these men, especially the man with the crossbow. This will be based off The Walking Dead but will definitely be different. An Unexpected Turn. (Entered for Wattys 2017)
If you read this: please do not skip around. Just because the chapter looks interesting doesn't mean you skip the 'boring' ones. I work so hard to write this for you all and I just see people skipping around.... I feel ashamed to have even written this if people aren't going to read the whole story. It's like reading the end of a book then reading the whole book. Daryl Dixon, a 26 aged man, had lived in the small town of Macon Georgia for all his life. his father died, so he lived with his brother, who slept with every girl twice. Maria Lopez, or Georgia Kent, a 26 aged women, had live in Atlanta Georgia for almost all her life, but then, she came to Macon because she needed to find someone who was saposed to be dead.
