(Y/N) was never kind-at least, not in her own eyes.
At 19, she lived a normal life, except for the voice inside her head that is, and never saw herself as particularly good or heroic. She wasn't a hero after all.
But her actions often contradicted that belief, speaking louder than her own self-perception.
She was fiercely protective of her friends, though she struggled to understand why. Could she feel emotions? Yes. But understanding them? That was a different story.
Then, she was shot.
Instead of dying, she woke up as her 10-year-old self-reborn into the world of her favorite childhood manga, Demon Slayer, years before the story began.
Why was she here? Who brought her there? The answers were as unclear as the muffled, underwater-like voice that had guided her since she was a child. The voice inside her head.
With no clear purpose and no desire to change fate, she decided to live for herself like she always did.
If she was stuck in this world, she might as well have fun! It was the purpose of her life after all, to have fun. And where else was more exciting than with the main characters? Everything revolved around them right?
So she became a traveler, to find him, wandering from place to place, meeting all sorts of people-many of whom she recognized as future hashiras or part of the main cast. Along the way, she unintentionally formed bonds, won over many hearts, and built a new life for herself, never thinking too hard about the future.
Everything was great! But, as time went by, she slowly forgot the storyline, or even what world she was reincarnated in. She even found love.
She was happy, until the demon king killed him, she sought revenge, as memories rushed back in that moment seeing him on the ground dying.
(Y/N) loved to fight, she was sadistic yet kind, what an odd combination. Along with the voice in her head, will she finally find a fun exciting new life?
