Her Hero

For many people, their hero would seem to be a person but for me that isn't the case. My hero may not be a person, but music has done everything for me. I believe music has saved my life. It was the light that guided me throughout my darkest nights. Alone I was not because I had my music along beside of me. Music has done what no person has ever, allowed me to escape the tragic reality I've lived and set me free. I feel my heart beating, but living i am not; only surviving. Music is the only thing that brings me to life.
