This story's about a girl who is getting bullied. As she gets deeper into the bullying she realizes shes not the only one.As it gets worse she takes it out on her self, she ends up in the hospital a few times and it takes being in the hospital to realize, it won't stop. Everything those bullies are saying about her is true, everything they're doing she deserves. The bullies are only saying and doing what she's not. She's officially been corrupted by her own mind and she thinks the only thing to do to help is end her life, end the only thing making her weak. As she's giving up she meets a boy, who wether you believe it or not, is like her. This isn't the happy ending where they fall in love and it fixes everything because that's not reality. But in each other they find hope, hope to hold on until high school is over and the bullying ends. They had it all planned out, graduate, be together, be happy. Wrong. Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more. I sucked in a breath as I saw the knife in his hand, his face held a mischievous grin as it glinted in the light. "Now baby-girl, you see, as much as I hate to, you need to be punished, do you know why?" Warning!
