In a world torn by a never ceasing war, two kingdoms of Black and White agree to put their final battle into a chess game. However, as the day of the game approaches an unexpected event intervenes and half of the White chess pieces are stolen. Forced to act the White kingdom sets out on a quest to retrieve what is theirs, but discovers far more than a mere war at their gates
