This story is about a girl named Haruna Akira who suffers lung cancer and have 2 years to live. She wish to at least have a date with her crush name Tachibana Ryu. Here are her letters to him which she kept in her secret letter box. *credits to Rinmaru Games for the Shoujo Manga character maker.
Main Characters:
Haruna Akira - 15 years old who suffers lung cancer and only have 2 years to live. She is always cheerful no matter how much she suffer by people bullying her, or her lung hurt her. She hates to go to the hospital. She wish that before she die she could at least make her crush happy.
Tachibana Ryu- a popular guy in school used to be a cheerful guy but lately has been cold to everyone. One day, he was dared by his friends to have a relationship with Akira which he feels that she is not his ideal type but to win a bet with his friends he would do anything to make Akira to fall in love with him.
