Blake has been discovered by uhh an organization that takes in people who have shown a true act of courage and have strange powers most of the time they are not yet discovered but there are a few cases where they are found with pure will power one of these cases is Blake after saving millions from a off track train set to go off a cliff he is transferred to one of the sections in the organization his powers are extremely powerful but he just needs help learning to use them.
