Legend of the Shinigami

After an asteroid fell to Earth, scattering chunks all over the planet, scientists soon discovered that the asteroid was made from a strange, unknown mineral. With this, scientists designed weapons known as Prisms, stored inside small containers made from this rock. People trained to use these weapons, trained as the protectors of Earth, are known universally as Shinigami.

Hideki Kazama is one such Shinigami. And when he arrives at the Japanese Shinigami Academy, he starts a journey that will change his life forever. And it all starts when he meets the reclusive, hot-headed Shinigami Tsubasa Matsumoto.
