Malena grew up in a town filled with lies, gossip, and rumours. So, when she gets the word she can leave, she jets out of there faster than the mothers of the town can say, "Pie?"
She arrives in a new place, expecting the complete opposite of her old town, but quickly learns not much has changed - her attitude being the exception. Malena has decided to take a stand, and fight for herself, but perhaps her actions will anger more than just her rivals.
