The sightings and ledgend of Crow

Many people have been seen a young boy said to have the wings on his back and able to control crows. After people spot him they die, only a single black feather believed to be a crows feather is at the scene. These are a collection of newspaper clippings, letters, research paper, ect. on this being called Crow.
