It is March 2025 and America sees itself as a nation reborn. Crime and unemployment rates are at 1% and it is all thanks to the Purge. The Purge, one night per year where all crime is legal, has helped cut down on overpopulation and acts as a catharsis for the U.S. populace. Citizens only have two options: hide or purge.
Three years ago Mai Luu and her Vietnamese-American family were the prey but now Mai is the hunter. Living in a lower middle class home, with a crippled mother and a hard working father, Mai and her brother have had to steal in order to take care of their family. She's been lucky to survive three purges without incident but her luck's just run out. On the night of this year's purge, Mai's little cousin is kidnapped by purgers hell bent on finding out what it's like to kill a child. Now Mai has to find him...before it too late.
Kyo Yoshida is a Japanese - American with close ties with Japan's prime minster. As nephew of one of Japan's most powerful people, Kyo is treated as one of the elite (especially since his uncle convinced Japan to adopt the practice of purging). When Kyo is invited to purge, Kyo is not sure whether he's for it or against it. After all it is his first purging. Through a series of events Kyo begins to question everything. Before the night is through, he'll have all the answers he needs. But will they be the ones he wants?
The Purge and The Purge: Anarchy are trademarked by Universal Studios. This is a fan-written story inspired by the franchise. However, all characters in this story are entirely my own creation and belong only to me. Please respect me and do not steal my work. If you do I will find you( I know most readers won't steal but I've heard a few stories about bad people who do).
I'd really appreciate feedback. Also slight warning: there will be violence but I'll try to keep it PG-13 no more than R.

When a threat is discovered on the Kingdoms border, Kings Yamada and Aizawa decide it is safer for their son to leave the castle and find refuge elsewhere. He is sent on a trip to the safe house, accompanied by the kingdoms most promising young warrior, Bakugo Katsuki - a fiery teenager around the princes age but Hitoshi acts upon other plans. With the King of a neighbouring country wishing the young prince Hitoshi to marry his daughter, Shinsos heart becomes torn between his country and the blossoming affection for his protector. ~ OR ~ "Don't fall in love with this one!" Aizawa said from the throne at the top of the grand room, knowing his words were utterly pointless. "Whatever do you mean?" Shinso chuckled, eyes looking the guard up and down. He did like blondes. ~~~ Fantasy AU: Prince Shinso x Warrior Bakugo Pro hero names = Nicknames / Titles LoV = Outcasts and wanted criminals Quirks = Magic (some don't have any - just to fit the story) The rest you should be able to figure out 😭 I ain't gonna lie, there are scenes where characters (typically Bakugo) act out of character HOWEVER it's because of the world they live in and how the power is distributed. Aka: Bakugo is a warrior talking to royalty. He's been told his whole life to respect the royals and they will take you places. Therefore, he often tries to conceal his usual personality - he's still the same character underneath. ~~~~ I'm going to be honest from the start: I don't think this is going to be my best story. The Return of the Hyuga (Nightly's continuation)
This is a continuation of RenRae26's story "The return of The Hyuga". They discontinued it(I think) and I really enjoyed the story so I decided to continue it putting my own style into it, trying to make it seem more different than RenRae26's own work. Of course I'll implemented the different povs and how they ended each chapter with suspense but i'll try to make it more "NightlyProduction"(whatever that means I only got two published stories) The main difference of the bat is how I'm shifting the focus of Hinata being the main character. Im turning it into more of a "what if-" situation/story and not a Hinata story(how her leaving and coming back changed how everyone sees her and how different they are as characters). Don't know if that's a mistake or a good thing(what the fans of Renrae26's original story want)but that's what I want to do with this story. Me, my little sister Komachi and my parents were forced to move into the U.S. I couldn't bring myself to tell all my... the people who I normally cooperate with in high school. I was going to graduate as a 3rd Year anyway, I doubt I would see more than half of them during adulthood. In the end, they all found out because Haruno managed to get that information out of me. Let's just say... All I did was wanted to not worry them. I mean, is there a reason to be worried that Hachiman Hikigaya has been missing? Yet 2 of my.. acquaintances, worried for me. I failed to even notice that and I paid the price. So I cut all their contact info, I hesitated to delete Yukinoshita's contact number but she had already done the deed first. "Let's go, say goodbye to Chiba." Komachi went into the car, with tears. I, Hachiman, didn't shed none, for I never had any friends in the first place right? We moved into the U.S. in California. We weren't exactly rich but we were richer than average foreigners that lived here. It was all thanks to my parent's new jobs. "So, have you found a job yet?" My father asks. Being 18, I knew I would have to find a job in a matter of months or else I'll possibly get kicked out.
