After the death of his wife, Arden Addams is looking for a new start. He wants to forget his past, and to do so, he moves to a new town, new school, new apartment. And what a great deal it was. A new semester, and a hardly used, fully furnished, dirt cheap apartment. The only problem? Everyone says said apartment is haunted by the ghost of Guinevere Hampton, the girl who not long ago lived -and died- there. But this English teacher believes ghosts belong in fiction, not reality. Will he be proved wrong?
