Ephemeral | A Lily & James Story
He looks up, and those hazel eyes pierce mine. I don't look away because the seriousness in his gaze holds me there. "Lily, I love you." *I do NOT own any of these characters. (Except for the ones I make up) All rights remain to J.K. Rowling. I am just a huge potterhead. Also, some things are based off headcanons, not trying to steal ideas just using headcanons fellow potterheads. If you know who created it, by all means let me know, and I will give credit where credit is due.* Story through James' point of view: Limerence by Episkeyyy Best awards: #1 in Jily #1 in Jamespotter #1 in LilypotterComplet
Dumbledores daughter and the marauders
Hi, my name is Alice Kate Dumbledore. Being the headmasters adopted daughter has it's perks and it's been great meeting everyone as they come and go, pranking people and causing disasters, it's fun to just be a kid. It all started long ago. My parents were both magical. They had a daughter and they named her Alice. Two years later they had a son and they named him James. When I was just five my parents were killed a car crash. This didn't happen to be any old car crash though. It was created by magic by a man named Tom Riddle. Unfortunately my brother and I were in the car. I however survived because at that time, a man came and took me to a hospital nearby, my family could not be saved though. I am now alone, in a cold, dark hospital.Complet

{Marauders Era - Post War} {James Potter x OC} {Second Chance Romance} "I'm a potter," Fawn announces, her head inclining in the direction of the floorboards suddenly creaking very loudly. James is rearing back, his eyes growing round like bludgers and his hand coming up to clasp his throat, his voice box, hoping he sounds less embarrassingly taken aback than he feels. "I beg your pardon?" A clear, bright strand of orange emerges, betraying Fawn's slight amusement when she clarifies, "I'm a potter. I make pottery." ***************** 𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇 James Potter reluctantly returns to Hogwarts three years after war end and happens to stumble across the brightness, the colour he lost all sight of. Maybe he wasn't the only one. ***************** (This story may include mature content and emotional triggers that could cause distress towards the reader)

In choosing not to attend Hogwarts, Lily was safe, or so she so naïvely thought. In reality she was merely in the eye of the abhorrent storm... After Lily Evans, the 'Muggleborn Phenomenon' spread throughout Britain like an epidemic, dragging down the wizarding population and leaving Muggleborns like Lily unprotected and vulnerable; waiting bait for Death Eaters known as 'Snatchers', to steal them away in the night under enigmatic circumstances, never to be seen again... James Potter knew this, of course (he knew perhaps too much for his own good) and so over the years he demised a plan, a plan to find Lily Evans before a Snatcher got there first and show her the beauty of wizarding world before it was too late... ~*~*~* ❝𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭, 𝘓𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘥, 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵.❞ ~*~*~ Cover made by @actuallyamarauder 1st place Potterhead Challenge (03/21) 1st place The Nyctophiles Fanfic Awards (05/09/21) #1 lames (19/07/21) #5 lilyandjames (15/11/21) #1 flowerpot (21/09/21) #2 wormtail (10/09/20)Complet

Everyone believes Harry Potter's life to be over. They couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, his life is only just beginning.
