This is my NaNoWriMo 2015 project!

Pull up a chair, pour yourself a drink, and get ready to wade through typos, ignore poor grammar, avoid plot holes, and meet unreliable characters! 

Throughout the month of November, I'll be posting new chapters to this campy Space Opera as they are completed. Unedited and unplotted, this will be a reading nightmare for anyone who ventures in, but you'll get to see the story progress and unfold as I do, which is half the fun. 

I'd love to read your comments, suggestions, and of course, a little encouragement, especially as November progresses. Keeping up the writing momentum can be tough, so posting to Wattpad will be my motivation to complete the project and win NaNoWriMo!All Rights Reserved

The Hawaiian Special Forces by WingedPanther73

This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!

Space Opera This is the voyage of the StarKiller, a ship of over 5000 lives. Exploration, battles, love, military.... Feedback welcome! Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.
