Kenzo Zanshi was a Coward. He never wanted to be a Huntsman , but his Uncle Ozpin forcefully inducted him into Beacon Academy to try and change his mind. Running away from home at a very young age, Kenzo spent most of his life alone until Ozpin's Soldiers found him and took him to Beacon Academy.
His arrival at Beacon was celebrated, but it was soon realised that bringing him there was useless. His fear of the Grimm and complete lack of fighting skills made him hopeless in battle. Almost every student in Beacon believed that he would never succeed as a Huntsman. His Roommates believed that he could be their leader, but there was one person that believed in him more than anyone else: Yang Xiao Long. But even with her assistance, Kenzo was universally deemed useless.
Until the Grimm invaded Beacon Academy, and Yang was injured...Then Kenzo snapped...
Now Team RWBY are searching for a runaway student and Grimm are dying everywhere. Ozpin is on edge and the entirety of Beacon is fearing the return of the White Fang. But the White Fang fear something else that is much more powerful. Kenzo Zanshi is no longer innocent...
Between Volume 2 and Volume 3, an unlikely hero rose from the ashes of his past to claim victory...
