This is newly discovered evidence of a forgotten case, originally they were video recording but all evidence was destroyed for reason unknown, year, unknown, date and time, unknown, suspect location unknown.
However it would seem that a copy of the records involving the case were found and uploaded into the internet however it was quickly deleted with only a small handful downloading the files, this is one of the few that were recorded.
