Jade Watson is fourteen, going on fifteen, going into her first year in highschool. She's in a new town with a new house and ready for a fresh start. So far everything is going according to her plan to have the best school year ever and (finally!) get a boyfriend. But she hadn't counted on the fact that it would be so hard to make the right choices -- especially when it came to beautiful, unreadable Zach and her best friend Kyle who might be even more.
