Peter Carter is leaving because the town he is living is bieng pulled apart by people who don't agree with other families and a small war is breaking out because of it. Many of the kids in the town have already left but because Peter is one of the older ones he used to help people who couldn't do anything, or he helped move out kids or elderly people. He had to move out because it was getting to violent. The sixteen year old has to move out and leave forever. What will he do.
