Red-that's the only color I could see. I thought I may have died and then I could hear the pounding of my heart against my ribs cage, so hard that I thought it might just burst right out of my chest. As my vision cleared I was stun and horrified with the scene that laid just a few feet in front of me. I just kept thinking it's just a dream, wishing and hoping, it was all a dream. Please can we at least pretend this is all a dream like it never happened not for me or you, no for the man that is laying on the floor motionless and covered in my once favorite color.

I felt the back of my head connect with the wall and felt a hot liquid pour down my neck and back. I touched my hand to the back of my head and lifted my hand up to examine a shiny liquid that must have been my blood. I felt dizzy and my stomach turned as I saw so much blood covering my hand. The man then laid me on the ground and stripped me. I was so weak by this point that I couldn't even fight back. He then spread my legs and took what he wanted. All I could do was lie there moaning in pain. All of a sudden I heard someone yell and the man got off of me and ran. Are You Awake Yet?
In my nightmares I am trapped on a mental ward. I can't move my hands without feeling the restriction of the straps. My head is as clear, no trace of the "madness." I strain against the black polyester with every ounce of strength and still I can't budge. My back hurts right to the base of my spine. Saliva is pooling in the back of my mouth. The staff have gone. I am alone. My heart pounds, ready to explode; my eyes scan left and right for signs of someone coming to help. No-one.
