Raph is being really mean to his brothers lately.  No one knows why.  One day he takes it to far with Donnie and Mikey.  He snaps and almost hurts them over nothing, but before he can hurt them Leo steps in.   They is something wrong with Raph's eyes.  Could there be something wrong with him that they don't know about?  There is only one way Leo can get Raph back to the lair, but at what cost? They are running out of time.
