Andrew Weaver is a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Straight out of Quantico's FBI Academy. Andrew has now been assigned to the Seattle Field Office. His partner Cassandra Rider has been reassigned from the New York Field Office to the Field Office in Seattle. One morning while at the office Cassandra's Bank account is hacked her bank account is empty, not even an hour later Andrew's brother goes missing from his Apartment in Seattle.
